Brad has six years’ experience working in the transport sector, specialising in passenger rail, particularly demand and revenue, business cases, and revenue protection.
Brad began his career at Jacobs in Boston and worked at SNC-Lavalin Transport Advisory before joining Steer. He has worked on rail franchise competitions, both on the bidder side, preparing demand forecasts assessing the impact of revenue protection schemes, and for the contracting authorities. He has also been involved in in-franchise change transactions, such as the implementation of Delay Repay 15, providing compensation to delayed passengers.
During his time at Steer, Brad has become an accredited project manager and has led teams in providing advice to clients on the affordability of policy changes, the value for money of investment decisions and the consistency of franchise bidder’s delivery plans and financial proposals.
