Emma specialises in building robust operating and financial models, delivering model audit and assurance remits, and devising funding and financing strategies for transport infrastructure. Emma regularly works across a range of transport modes applying her technical skills to a range of complex modelling challenges.
Emma’s recent experience includes leading Steer’s audit and assurance services for HS2 Ltd which involves undertaking model review of HS2’s economic and transport appraisal models. Steer’s robust model assurance processes are valued by HS2, demonstrated by our average KPI score of 93% across 2024.
