Victoria began her transport planning career at RPS Planning in London, before moving to Steer in 2007. Her technical areas of expertise include leading the preparation of transport assessments, environmental impact assessments, travel plans, delivery and servicing plans alongside transport related aspects of the development design. She has secured planning permission for several large offices, residential and mixed-used schemes in London’s Shell Centre and at Canary Wharf’s Newfoundland, 1 and 10 Bank Street.
Victoria has an IPMA Level D certification with the Association for Project Managers and has been project manager/director for the majority of Steer’s transport planning related inputs for Canary Wharf over the last nine years.
