Ross is a new mobility specialist with more than a decade of experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Holding a Master’s in Transport and City Planning, he has worked across a broad range of areas, including rail, bus systems, shared mobility, autonomous vehicles, and electric mobility.
Before joining Steer, Ross spent six years at Transport for London, where he contributed to operations, strategy, and policy across several high-profile programs.
At Steer, Ross is part of the New Mobility team, supporting clients in understanding, evaluating, and integrating emerging mobility solutions alongside established transport networks. His expertise includes shared micromobility, car sharing, and next-generation services such as autonomous vehicle operations.
