Andrew Antinucci joins Steer in Toronto.Steer is delighted to welcome Andrew Antinucci as an Associate in our Toronto office. Andrew will work with our clients to advance infrastructure projects to meet strategic policy and programmatic objectives. 

Andrew brings experience working at the federal level at Infrastructure Canada, as well as experience at the provincial level at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure and Metrolinx. At Infrastructure Canada, Andrew supported designing and executing various federal infrastructure grant and contribution programs. In addition, he managed bilateral infrastructure funding agreements with provincial and territorial partners that covered transit, environmental and housing sectors. While at the Ontario Ministry of Infrastructure, Andrew helped to advance critical transit and infrastructure projects in Ontario, deploying his expertise in capital expenditure management, alternative finance, and innovative approaches to procurement delivery. While at Metrolinx, Andrew helped launch the Union-Pearson Express, Toronto’s first high-order transit service between Toronto Union Station and Pearson International Airport and contributed to various transport plans and studies for the agency.
