New Leadership in the Bogota Office

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Maria Alejandra Beetar as the new Office Leader of the Bogotá Office. Since joining Steer in 2011 as an Assistant Consultant, Maria Alejandra has been instrumental in the growth of our operations, standing out for her strong technical expertise and leadership in key projects across Colombia and the region.

With 13 years of experience in transport consulting, María Alejandra has led major projects in Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, the Dominican Republic, Chile, and Mexico. In her most recent role as an Associate, she advanced the development of Colombia's infrastructure and rail market, diversifying and consolidating our client portfolio.

In her new role, she will work closely with José Daniel Hernández, Head of Advisory, and Carmen Rosales, Head of Planning, both of whom play a crucial role in the success of our projects. This team will continue to lead the development and expansion of the office.

We would also like to recognize and thank Enrique Hernandez for his leadership over the past 13 years, during which he transformed the Bogotá office into Steer's second-largest global operation. Enrique will now take on a strategic role to support our growth in Latin America, where his expertise and vision will continue to be vital for our offices and markets in the region.

These changes reaffirm our commitment to growth with a solid and dedicated team. We are confident that this leadership team's experience and track record will enable us further to strengthen our presence in Colombia and Latin America, driving transformative projects for the region.
