Jordan is Associate Vice President for Design for Movement (DFM) at Steer. Based in Toronto, he brings more than 12 years of expertise in the spatial user experience industry and oversees the team’s work across North America.
After earning his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Toronto, Jordan began his career at local firms before joining the design studios of Bruce Mau Design and later Forge Design, where he rose to the position of Design Director. He went on to establish and lead the wayfinding team at Turner Fleischer Architects and, most recently, directed North American operations and projects for Applied Information Group from Vancouver.
At Steer, Jordan leads the DFM team’s North American operations, focusing on strategic growth and expansion of the practice. His work centres on creating innovative wayfinding strategies and design solutions that enhance how people navigate complex urban environments, transportation networks, and cultural spaces.
