Samhita

I had the amazing opportunity to fly over from Delhi to join my fellow graduates in the first week of the Graduate Scheme in London. With interactive sessions and training courses, the whole week was not only informative but it was also a great opportunity for me to build relationships with my colleagues.

I learnt so much about Steer in my first week. The other graduates and I were shown around the London office and introduced to all of the different departments, which really helped me to understand the bigger picture of who we are and what we do.  As the Delhi office is relatively new and still growing, it is important for us to work collaboratively with our colleagues in other offices, which is why meeting so many people in the first week has proven beneficial in building relationships. Even though I work in our Delhi office, I still feel part of the larger company.

Another highlight of the Steer Graduate Scheme is how accessible the training courses run by the Learning and Development team are. I can easily participate in the courses either online or via Skype so I never feel like I am missing out on anything. Overall, it has been a great learning and growing experience at Steer and I look forward to further developing my career here.
