For the 12th year in a row, Steer has been named as one of the 'Top 100 UK Companies for Graduates to Work For', by 'The Job Crowd'.
With a ranking of 21, we've maintained our top 30 spot among the top 100 companies, and we're very proud to be the only UK business that has been in the Top 100 every year since the category began. This is another huge success for our scheme after winning 'Best Graduate Programme' at the 2021 Women in Rail Awards.
This achievement reflects the dedication of everyone involved in the Steer graduate programme, as well as our commitment to investing in our graduates.
The Top 100 Companies for Graduates to Work For is based on graduate employee feedback. This means that the companies featured are chosen based on the input provided by their graduate employees.
